St. Pete SUP Beach Clean Up With Keep Pinellas Beautiful & Treasure Island Adopt-A-Beach

St. Pete SUP is proud to partner with Keep Pinellas Beautiful and Treasure Island Adopt-A-Beach to host a beach cleanup at Treasure Island! Join us as we come together to protect our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches and keep them clean for our community, wildlife, and visitors.
And before the cleanup, lace up for a 5K run starting around 7:15 AM to kick the morning off right!
Why We Give Back
At St. Pete SUP, our love for the water and beaches we get to hang out on is where it all begins. Our local beaches and waterways give us endless days of sunshine, adventure, and community — and we believe it's our responsibility to take care of them in return. Every piece of trash removed from our shoreline is one less threat to the marine life, seagrass, and ecosystems that make our coast so special. Events like this one aren't just about cleaning up a beach; they're about bringing our community together, building healthy habits, and making sure the Tampa Bay Region stays beautiful for generations of stand up paddle boarders, swimmers, and beachgoers to come.
Event Details
📍 Where to Meet: Sunset Beach Pavilion — 8000 W Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, Florida, 33706
🕗 Time: Event begins at 8:00 AM. Please allow time for parking and sign-in. (5K run starts around 7:15 AM.)
👕 What to Wear: Closed-toe shoes (boots or sneakers), sun protection, and weather-appropriate clothing.
🧰 What to Expect: Supplies will be provided. A water refill station and restrooms will be available on-site — please bring a refillable water bottle.
🅿️ Parking: Sunset Beach Tern Lot — 7846 W Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, Florida, 33706. Some parking passes will be provided upon arrival.
No need to print a ticket to attend!
Please Note
Volunteers under the age of 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian. Volunteers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.
