To tighten your paddle's adjustment clamp, rotate it clockwise while in the unlocked position. Turn the clamp about one full rotation to increase the grip strength, which will keep your paddle handle firmly in place.

Pressure gauges typically don't display readings until reaching approximately 5 PSI. Your board may appear fully inflated around 3 PSI, so continue pumping until you see a reading on the gauge. The manual pump cannot overinflate your board.

This is easily fixed by tightening the valve. Use your valve wrench to turn the valve clockwise about a quarter to half turn until it stops spinning. The seal works through compression, not adhesive.

The smaller fins are designed to be flexible and will naturally return to their original shape with time and use. Leaving the fin in sunlight for about an hour will make it easier to reshape manually if needed.

We suggest inflating to 12-15 PSI based on your weight, height, and the ambient temperature. In our hot weather during our Florida summers, slightly less pressure may be needed, as the heat will cause the board to naturally expand. Your board is properly inflated when the nose and tail sit level with the water surface while you're standing on it.

Press down on the valve stem and rotate it clockwise about a quarter turn to lock it in the open position. Air will release automatically. Rolling or folding the board accelerates deflation. When finished, rotate the valve counterclockwise and pop it back up to close it for next time.
